Services
If you’re not sure where to start, that’s okay! My job is to help you make sense of what’s going on and figure out the right next steps together.

Â
I work with children and young people aged 4–16, and I offer sessions at home, in school, and online, depending on preference and need.

Â
After an initial consultation, I will carry out a holistic assessment with you and your child.
Assessment
An assessment is usually the starting point. It gives me a clear picture of your child’s communication profile — strengths, areas of need, and what would help.

Â
Depending on your concerns, an assessment might look at:
-
How clearly your child produces speech sounds
-
Their understanding and use of language
-
How they communicate socially and with others
-
Whether AAC (an alternative or additional way of communicating) could support them
Â
Â
I offer two tiers of assessment: screening and comprehensive. If you choose, I will share a written report with my findings and practical recommendations. This will be yours to keep and share with school, your GP, or anyone else involved in your child’s care, if you wish.
Therapy
Therapy looks different for every child.
Â
I work with children and young people across a range of needs, including:
-
Speech sound difficulties — for children who are hard to understand, or whose speech hasn’t developed as expected
-
Language difficulties and DLD — for children who struggle to find words, follow instructions, or keep up in class
-
AAC — supporting children and young people to use their communication system fully, and helping the people around them do the same
-
Autism and social communication — taking a neuroaffirming approach that works with your child’s communication style, not against it
Â
Therapy is always planned around your child and their interests. You will be involved throughout so that what happens in sessions connects to everyday life at home and school.

Summer Sessions: IÂ am trialling summer holiday sessions at a clinic space during the 2026 school holidays. This is an alternative to home visits outside of term time and provides an opportunity for you to continue or to try speech therapy for a short period before committing to more regular, ongoing support.
